As for 3, you're right, although I believe it is upto to the moderators if they interpret the stuff being sold/bought is illegal or not and same way some DT members consider some stuff being sold was acquired wrongfully and they leave negatives for that, so I'll leave it there as a suggestion that if you're selling something which you can't provide proof for that it was acquired rightfully, you may get negative feedback from a DT member.

This is actually one of the things I like about bitcointalk--I'm a member at a few other forums, and the amount of crap posts is staggering. Sometimes you can scroll through many pages of just quote pyramids and just emoticons and it's just ridiculous.
