Also I am very sure that if there is few hundred real paid views from referral links it shouldn't be problem. That is like 0.01$ and it most likely cost more to get those views.

At least put warning on your site that you don't want your site to be advertised so people don't start promote it and then lose their money because you block them.

This is not the case. The point is we ban fake and fraudulent sites who fake impressions numbers or robot generate them.

Bottom line is, if you are a real site, with genuine traffic then you have nothing to worry about, and if you invite genuine publishers then again, nothing to worry about.

No, it's not its worse - then youre talking that every click is worth like $0.05 - and 100 clicks is easy to fake in 20 seconds - the fraud rate is MUCH WORSE and much easier for cheaters. We will not be moving to CPC - if you want to earn CPC then go and use BitMedia and see how much you earn there.. then come back here...

1. No, you don't earn on these impressions and we don't count them - this is for you to put other adcode or html that you want to show if our ads are empty, but we take great care to make sure we're full, we have a full time sales manager, and we buy onto the network ourselves.. we won't be empty.
2. Yes, use whatever other ad networks you want. we just hope that ours earns more for you than most others (but it won't earn more than google) and that you in time position us nicely compared to others if we earn more for you

3. Yup, sort of, but just don't abuse it,
4. Nah this is fine, youll get banned for 500k fake impressions, not for 27 self impressions.
5. 5 of ours, add 5-10 or however many more you want.. there is a limit that is practical and you will see this - if you add too many then they all get less ctr and past a certain point you earn less... think about your users and what looks nice to them is a nice guide.
6. Working on it, should be much better already.
