PLEASE STOP IGNORING ME BETCOIN

We have a lot of respect for many of the other websites in the bitcoin gaming community and there is plenty of room for us all to succeed and continue to compete for your business.  This will only make the opportunities better for all of our great players.  hopenotlate and donk4u we encourage you both to continue to post as you see fit here at bitcoin talk and not be dissuaded by another persons attempts to censor you.  Fortunately, people here at bitcointalk are very smart and can discern truth from opinion and develop their own experience.

I would like to encourage you to respond to my posts.
You mention not letting others censor them, but you are guilty of censorship yourself.
Why did you delete these posts?
Do you consider this spam?

Wow, deleted my posts within 2 minutes...what rule did I break this time Betcoin?

Why is betcoin refusing to accept responsibility for failing to protect players personal email addresses?

Why is betcoin refusing to accept responsibility for taking more rake than they were entitled to?

Why hasn't Betcoin explained to me why I am banned from your site, when all I've done (and will continue to do) is ask questions just like these?  Meanwhile, there are many players who have have cheated or scammed other players that are not banned.  Do you really consider me more of a threat than multi accounters like freshstart?  Or serial scammers like Rozay?  Or someone worldpeace who ddos' other players in hopes of extorting money from them?

Is this something you've learned just recently?

Because not long ago you seemed very willing to lie.  Did you think then that people here at bitcointalk weren't smart enough to see through your unscrupulous scumbaggery?  Is that why you are ignoring me now?  You know lying won't work, do you think telling the truth would be even worse?

In case you don't remember, here are two of the lies you've told.  Each time you were called out you simply pretended as if nothing had ever happened, I suppose you were just hoping that eventually everyone would forget about them and they would be buried in the thread forever.

  • Betcoin can't ignore Dooglus, so they lie to him
It's a little concerning that you don't appear to have replied to any of his posts here. He seems to be raising valid concerns, but you leave them unanswered.
Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?
Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.

It seems Betcoin Jessica was unaware that Betcoin Andrew had already admitted they had let the cheaters play months ago HERE

Hi Dooglus, it's because we did return most of the btc and we still ran a 10 btc freeroll to thank players for their support on top of returning funds.  This was many months ago and was handled expediently.  Ironically, most of the players were from a prop program which we no longer have, yet most of the players still play in.
No we did not allow those players to play in the tournament but as you may know a bitcoin gaming website creates some unique challenges which we embrace.
We have addressed all of this before and will happily address it again as we continue to move forward.
    Thanks guys!
    Jessica

After several emails with this player and banning the other accounts associated, we have let him play under a strict watchful eye. We believe in second chances at Betcoin and we are watching him and many other players very closely.

  • Betcoin lies about their own ticket system while attempting to discredit a player who claims they have many unanswered tickets.
I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to.
Very interesting considering we haven't had the ticketing system anywhere close to 9 months.  What is your login name?  36 unresolved tickets over 9 months is definitely something we would like to see considering we only added the ticketing system 4-6 months ago.  Also, to note, unresolved tickets brought to our attention will be resolved, therefore just let us know your login name and we will have an immediate review.

I posted an email with a link to a ticket from last March proving they did, in fact, have the ticketing system then.

You're not support?  Would you mind sharing your name/who you are with us?  Something to call you to differentiate between other Betcoin employees.

It can be confusing without knowing who is posting.  The previous "forum rep" for Betcoin (Jessica) it turns out was not very truthful with the community.

She made it seem as if her only title was "forum rep", as it turns out - she was part of management.  They probably didn't want anyone to know it was management behaving that way, and even "reassigned her"

Maybe I'm replying to "Jessica" right now...who knows.

Evidence...as usual...

We would actually much rather have you back in the community.  Our staff is working on much of the great feedback you and all of our players have provided. I am the forum rep and as advised by owners, staff etc. going back and forth in a forum is never productive, but staying on the first page in the thread is very beneficial for Betcoin as the referrals from BitcoinTalk have never been higher.  We will continue to work hard to make everything as perfect as possible at Betcoin and you will always be welcome back.

What questions?

You are helping as we can track the clickthroughs coming from bitcointalk and the specific threads they come from.

What specific issues.

We would like to provide a bonus for you to come back in and enjoy the great community, but I guess we need to answer some questions you have?

I am reassigned but not far!  I do take this too personal because I see how hard this team works and what we are trying to deliver to everyone.  It's a special group that continues to just give and give more to the great players we have and continue to get everyday.

Sincerely,

Jessica

Jessica has been reassigned for the time being and she was not aware of the reasoning behind Dooglus' negative trust rating when that message was written.  We apologize for that comment in full and appreciate you providing your humble opinion.

Thank you for playing with us.  Everything continues to get better at Betcoin Casino and the entire network and we will continue to improve it.
