i am really disappointed in the service this time and want to say your customer support is not good at all.. everything was working fine, i deposited coins on 28th feb and they never showed up in my account even though they are long confirmed on network .. i contacted customer care and no reply ... i left a message on live chat then i got a reply only twice stating the tech team will look into it and till now NADA my money is still not in my account sent msgs on the support and no reply at all since 48 hours this is really disappointing.

We recently had issue with synchronization: the bitcoins arrived to your BTC wallet, however the balance in the account itself was not updated. I would check whether this is the case and sync it manually.
Alternatively, I will be able to see your tickets history and know what was done.

after posting here i did got a reply from support and my issue was fixed and m happy about it

i have another query though "say i used the card to buy something from amazon(in another currency) and later returned the item it will my VCC be able to accept the cash back in it ? i dont want my money to be lost somewhere

Yes, absolutely.

The funds return may happen two ways:
- transaction remains Authorized and once the refund is made will be settled as Failed in 14 days;
- transaction was settled as Successful (e.g. if funds return was made after some time, like you did not receive the goods you paid for) - then refund will be just an additional Card Load transaction.

Rarely happens, that there is no indication of refund apart from your balance being increased (I am not sure how this happens, but I've seen it once - a bit confusing). So just keep an eye on your balance.

In any case, if you requested a refund and did not get it in 14 days - we can always send the dispute to the bank and ask them to investigate.
