I spoke with Paul last night. I believe he has turned all wallets - those on Cryptsy servers, and those at Bittrex- over to the receiver, as well as the servers themselves. I think he sent out a tweet saying this. I would expect that the receiver can confirm that he received this.

Would that include the keys to those wallets?
