You've paid for the service how? You paid for opening an account or paid a monthly fee at any point?

I've paid for the card, and I'm paying when I load it. And the BTC change rate is not so close to the usual market too... but it's ok for me, if it wasn't the case, like you told, I'd probably don't use the card and your services.

As for loads, you only pay when you actually make a load, not when you attempt to, so I'm not sure why you mentioned that.
