If you're very confident that the sources of your income are legit and not black collar stuff like Gambling,hit the nearest cyber crime department.Send their official address a notice.Spreading awareness about how scammy a site is not going to help you refund your $10k.Take an initiative beyond internet.Scenarios like this are giving bitcoin a bad name.

correct me if I am wrong....you are advising he should not make this public to maintain bitcoins "good name"? Why should that be his priority? Is main concern is to get his funds back and how he goes about it is his perogative.
