This was happened 3 weeks ago when the OP announced 2 open slots for 'Full Members'

I'm the campaign manager and I have the full right to choose participants and make or break rules according to my wish. In fact lauda is an efficient member of this community. So, welcoming him in our campaign is much better than accepting 10 signature spammers like you.
