I don't think so. The market is trending down, which means that you don't want to buy at 13 what you could buy at 10. Otoh is legit, but he's also smart and wants to support the market without overpaying.

Until is over 0.013 trend looks good, higher low and higher high

You could also argue the only reason why it felt in first place was that selling wall artificially creating selling pressure.

Look at the charts...dash always falls when btc strengthens. Nearly all alts do. Good news is we usually stay the same in fiat terms. Plus the price dropped from .0195 ... A wall at .015 didn't do that
