Its a good thing we don't want to make mistakes like ETH and DAO. If we make an error like that that will be very damaging for bitcoin itself, bitcoin is the king of all cryptocurrencies and we don't want to lose that title ever. Bitcoin is in top form and it should continue to remain like this for the benefit of all us here the bitcoin users.

This is my expectation as well. The bitcoin is much simpler than the Ethereum. It has been tested to be successful.

Just think of how much support bitcoin has right now. Even some governments are considering in taking part of the bitcoin support. I'm pretty sure it would be devastating if bitcoin goes down because there are a lot of major companies that have already adopted bitcoins.
