I don't know if these emulators works, but if they are jailbroken you can just download the .ipa from a trusted website

No ios app work if it is not downloaded from their store.unless you root your iphone.
And there is no such ios emulator in the market and if they will be in future it will cost you alot.they are just malware so avoid it.

Yes Definately you will find a lots of malware/virus and stuff when looking for iOS emulator. And for that i will suggest you to check some online emulators. Several benefits you can get from it, first of all you will get it free and it won't take your time that usually an offline emulator takes. Simple and easy to explore. However some of them are paid too but you can get trial as well. You can search other online emulators on google it will give you some probably. Good luck to u
