The odds of hitting a jackpot is greater when you bet smaller. Try bettin with a higher amount and you will see a different result. The guy is right, that ain't luck. Luck is winning big.

He is just guessing that if anyone bet higher, they may not win the jackpot because the site may have put in some cross check feature to avoid big wins. Logically may be true but no need to worry about proving such things. Just move on with it and if you don't like the site then just find another one to spend your money and time.
