This could as well be the same person buying low and selling high. Not to hurt someone but to make profit. No drama, just pump and dump.

The potential upside to these usual price crashes is that the lower it goes, the less will be the risk to go long or to just buy Dash. Of course this doesn't correspond to the "always buy at any price, never ever sell" mentality which every coin's community tries to indoctrinate newcomers with, but not everyone follows it. Moreover, not everyone who says so does
