What was the scenario?  You sold coins?  Or you deposited other fiat and later wanted it out?  Please explain.

I am a newbie to Bitcoins......I sold my coins on MtGox...for a good price.....took out a MtGox coupon...with the intentions of transferring the USD into coins on BTC-e.  BitInstant was no longer accepting MtGoxtoBTC-e...so I wanted to put the MtGox coupon back into MtGox account.

At the time....I did not realize I could do this directly from within my MtGox account....instead I did a MtGoxtoMtGox transfer on BitInstant.

As you can see from this abbreviated report.....they kept my funds and refuse to give them back!!!

From what I have been reading over the last 10 days of dealing with BitInstant.....a lot of peoples lives are being ruined by them.....

We don't do gox to gox transfers for anti money laundering reasons - please update your support ticket with your correct gox username and give me the ticket reference and your issue can be resolved.

OFFICIAL UPDATE:  I GOT MY FUNDS BACK IN MY MTGOX ACCOUNT!  I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED AT LEAST A FINAL POST LETTING ME KNOW THAT YOU POSTED MY FUNDS.......THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO......AFTER 14 DAYS......OF DEALING WITH THIS I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO SAY THANK YOU.

BUT I DO FEEL OBLIGATED TO MAKE A RECOGNITION TO THE PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM THAT I FINALLY DID GET MY FUNDS BUT THEY SHOULD ALSO TAKE NOTE OF WHAT I HAD TO DO TO GET THEM.

ALSO.....I THINK THAT URSGAY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!
