I'm from South Africa too and am keeping my coins currently. I saved and sell where necessary and place a couple in wirex(Bitcoin debit card). Right now I've got around 260 S9's hosted in Canada with electricity less than 0.05$.
Currently mining at BCmonster since I have a high hashrate. If you'd like why don't you give us a try and mine there.

Can you please give me more info on the hosting site? Your experience? When we expand, because we are thinking of renting a Industrial site for more miners, or do you thing the hosting site in Canada is a better option? Thanks

Renting an industrial site locally will just be more costly. Definetly outsourcing to canad would be a better option
