Just horrible to hear that they are doing manual payments towards even their most loyal players who are using it.
You probably have a ton of loyality points and would be consider a VIP member account of theirs but now they are treating you like you just started out with using their service.
Really disappointing even a long running bitcoin casino are starting to not do what they are obligated to do in the first place. Undecided
