Yes my friend, I really find these a serious problem in the future. I know a lot a kids in my place gamble whether it's a card game or an online game. Also, it's really hard to counter when its in the web and I think their parents are the only one who can help them.

It's a problem anywhere. Gambling is natural. People do it all the time and we don't even realize it. Ask kids we play with other kids and we often tell each other "I bet you are not good at basketball" or something in those lines. We actually use the words unknowingly connoting gambling, so I am not surprised about this.
