Yes. And then you have to watch the token in Mist, so BAT will "show up":

In Ethereum Wallet, I have my wallet address, is this the one I should use ?
Where do I find Mist ? in the files, I did not see nothing with this name, even in the GUI.

Send BAT to the wallet address in your Ethereum Wallet. In order to "see" the token in your account, you have to watch it:

Under "Contracts" click "Add token" at the bottom. Paste the Contract Address and click "ok".

Now BAT should be visible in the account you sent them to.
