http://i.imgur.com/0VcnEmr.png already 9hours since I made a withdrew, it give me TX ID but if you look at blockchain the transaction didnt exist and no token receive, already send a ticket but no reply at all. and BAT price already down since I made withdrew so I already lost, please this is not nice for costumer not even reply my ticket. I actually didnt want to make this post but it getting worse for me since I need my money urgently
