I checked the id that you gave and they really gave you a fake id. They did not reply to your messages at all?
I think this may be a possible scam, anyone else encounter this issue? If this is serious you can open up a scam accusation thread against shapeshift. For now stay away from that and use more trusted sites like Poloniex or Bittrex for trading.

they didn't reply to my tickets or anything from like 4-5 days

shapeshift just ignored everything !!
i send them also the link of the thread on facebook/bitcointalk/ opened a ticket with it!
idk some people say they are good exchanger other say it's not !
The bitcoin address where they have claimed they have sent your bitcoins is empty and tx id also can't be found on blockchain. This looks quite serious issue and the proofs you have above could be enough to open scam accusation against them. I am quite sure, they will refund you your litecoins or bitcoins but you should also ask for some compensation for all possible losses you have due to delay in this exchange.
