That is somewhat correct... I never received an email. But there storage fee was insane, it was like 50 coins a day

So, you didnt receive the email from Cex.io though you noticed the amount of coins that you had was going down? Or did you

notice that the amount of coins went down after a few weeks or whatever days that you had them on there?
I am wondering why you didnt have a wallet installed so you could store the coins instead of having them online where anyone

could use the money for whatever purpose.
