Read ^^^^^ a few posts for the answer, as I had just asked it. Drop your mem clock down a bit.

Sorry, it seems I was not clear enough, my systems disabled my card, I couldn't low or up anything, its solved now, I installed 17.4.4 drivers ran atkmdag-patcher and 14,2 MH/s dual mining+decred =).
