Cash out? if you deposited your coins with low fee, then you must wait to get tax confirmation because with low fee you need more than 20hrs, but if confirmation done and status is pending than they will fix your problem

yup i deposit btc to bittrex from other trading site wallet,maybe there is no fee or too low~
