I don't think so. In Hong Kong, Onda is an unheard of brand, didn't know it existed till this thread. The colorful 8 slot board looks good and compact. Really liking 8 slots with no risers. That load of 6pin pcie requirement though, requiring a 2400W or dual 1200W for enough cables. It's troublesome unless we can use 3 or 4 way splitter cables... if they exist.

there are issues that may happen

1) cpu is welded and may not like that many 1080 ti's
2) lot of juice for this could be a problem
3) max ram may be 1 8gb stick sodimm

I bought 3 more recently. They work as expected and run cooler than my Zotacs.

EDIT: I think your choice (ie: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING) should good in a case.
