Wow, that is new for me. But I do not understand how to do meditation. Usually when I have stress, I watch some preachers, inspirational talk show, and some of my favorite song. But all of that sometimes does not give me any effect, so the best stress reliever is sleep. Or maybe sometimes I just go to sleep and work at night because it is so quite. There is no human, that means no problems right ? Grin

I can focus on my work or staring at the wall for hours. It gives me some thought and idea, about how to overcome the stress and continue living.
