It has been five days with no reply (email sent to the new address). Only tiny BTC amounts can be withdrawn (hot wallet has been emptied). Many people are even waiting for their deposit to show up while they are confirmed on the blockchain. Come on guys, I love this site but you really need to improve customer care and basic helpdesk.

I'm sorry to make you worry, our hot wallet is still accepting most withdrawal (up to ~ 3 btc). I have refilled them just in case, and I'll help directly for even larger withdrawal.

What you guys need to do is hire more people in your support staff and make your hot wallet balance bigger.

Its bad for business when you don't respond to tickets going on for days. People will panic and once they get their withdraw they will move to another site.

all I see for the past several pages is people complaining about withdrawals
hiring stuff and increasing hot wallet balance and processing autowithdrawals instead of having people wait for days should help
but the damage is being done,every negative post from gamblers makes me and not only me,think twice about playing here

Well not everybody goes and reads this thread from time to time.

Plus the site was legit in the past, so most gamblers arent going to check this thread everyday before they send a deposit to gamble.

Really surprised that with so much competition out there, many sites just don't care about customer service.
