put it on an ssd, pen drives are CRAP to have an OS on it even ethos, pen drives were never designed to be used as an OS drive, other thing id say is you be doing something wrong lol, but if anything slap it on an ssd. not a magnetic hard drive, a SSD but by the sounds of it either iso is corrupted or you are doing something wrong even though putting ethos on a drive is very easy to do, have you tried it with a gpu? I feel as if your not telling us everything

I tried with SSD. same problem.
I am using onboard GPU, I will try with a proper GPU see if can solve the issue or not.
