About one week ago, i was asked to verify account at login and i did try, but when i uploaded documents, the page says next:

My account was disabled as they asked for enhanced verification. I'm in the United States. This account has been in use for many months. I uploaded my DL and selfie...was told to wait 24 hours. Since then all I see is an error message if I try to "re-verify":

Tips for successful verification:
Take a fresh selfie, ensure nothing is blocking a full view of your face
Do not use the same image from your identification documents
Do not use a professional profile picture
Do not manipulate the image of your identification in anyway. This includes adding watermarks or blacking out certain information
Do not crop the image of your ID such that any portion of the ID is removed including edges

My account is still disabled and I get no response from tickets and of course...no email allowed.
