I have the same probleme, impossible for me to make a withdraw.
So I create a ticket for their support and I wait for an answer ...But, My name on Bittrex is different from my ID.
I hope it will not be a problem ..

My problem is solved ... I sent a request and someone asked me questions and asked to send a scan of my identity card, a selfie.
I then managed to put my real basic information.
Now everything is ok for me
