This will also minimize the numbers of ICOs from Russia and will create a trust from the Community to the ICOs from Russia because CDA will accredit these ICOs. Looking forward for implementation.

If all countries do this, we will definitely see less ico's. A few years ago the projects were definitely a lot fairer and we had a lot less ico's, would be nice to go back to that.

Definitely, we will go back or rather say will go a bit further because there will be less problematic for the investors like us and can trust the upcoming ICOs.
In future also we can give our BTCs without hesitation if we are backed by the CDA.
