i think it depend on the person need if he need bitcoin then he will not like cash but if he need cash then off course he will change bitcoins to cash and most probably people needed cash because in mostly area still bitcoin is not accepted for payment so that why people are converting bitcoin to cash.

With cash each and every one can use without complications. In terms of growth cash has a stable value, but bitcoin grows profiting the users. So upon the necessity different users have difference in opinion correlating each other.
