I have been very busy moving countries and traveling. so very stressful when I just assumed they would pay without me chasing them. poor customer support not sending me any email at all while holding my money for such a long time.

Sorry to hear that, you should be actively contacting support. Or send a pm to FJ's representative, at least you should ask the reason why it is pending for almost a month. If I guess, seems that it is related to the 2x wagering requirement of your deposit. How much your was your deposit and have you wagered 2x of it before requesting the withdrawal?

can't be the wagering requirements,think it has been introduced not so long ago
at least not more than three weeks?
if he has deposited over a month ago and its still pending,there must be a clear reason for that
contacting support should have been your priority,8 bitcoins is 72.000$ + so I would postpone my travels for that
