I think they are in the process of changing the claim rate or something because for sure they still have decent claim rate 1-20. Although, they have all limited to 100 satoshi withdrawal every hour.

Just noticed this too, I know faucethub has been having some api issues the past few days so maybe thats it? Curious whats going on...
