with 180 core
660 memory

75% tdp and

75% fan.

if you use risers give them a little extra room say a 4 inch gap once installed

best way is use 1 pcie cable into the card and into the riser with an extension like this

the dual cable powers the card and the riser. and 1070 ti will be using around 125 watts for the one cable total.

that is why a single eight pin 1070 ti card is better.
