Since hardcap is huge, i think there is no problem about maximum individual investment.

Already we see potential in Arcblock but their hardcap is too high, but it completely depend on their marketing how they produce about it to the public. Lastly we have seen Envion raised 100 million dollar, because they built lot of trust in the market.
