I have been trying to contact support since Jan 3 regarding a EUR wire that was sent from Kraken to my bank and rejected due to a sudden change in their 'crypto policies'. I provided full SWIFT details of the return, however they have simply ignored my support requests except for one Mario almost 1 week ago who wrote to say they needed more details to which I provided the SWIFT details
Do they have any other form of contact other than the useless support site? Phone number? A real office?
