It is a multilayer wrong argument you have made:
First of all you are presenting your project in a well known bitcoin forum that and bitcoin is an open source protocol/consensus based technology. You will not find enough support here for your closed source mysterious algorithm and software, please understand it.

As of your greedy statements about 'intellectual property' it is worth mentioning that open source is not about violating such rights it is about the way you use them. A short term capitalistic vision leads to where you are but a more sophisticated and realistic vision leads to where Satoshi is. I'm not here to argue with you about this, instead I'm just trying to say one simple fact: Here is Satoshi's territory!
