All I can say is probably they do not know the rules being practiced on FJ, i have been playing in there for more than a year, have never got any issue. Have some delays but a proper communication solved them and mostly it is on my part like not verifying the changes on my email address when I changed my bitcoin address. But all in all, I am a very satisfied player of FJ here.

They did a good job so far overall , I just think the support team need to be revitalized. Sometimes they didn't communicate well and as for the result there's quite a lot of people reporting that they have a pending withdrawal up to months which it's not a good service improvement , make it better and no doubt fj are the best bitcoin casino around.
