When was I searching for info about CLO, I came across a post where someone had created a webpage that runs a script(?) that searches the snapshot for your ETC address.

http://94.130.78.238/clo-check/index.php

Just enter your ETC address and it will tell you if you will receive CLO from the snapshot.
I wish I could give someone credit for this, but I don't recall where I came across it.

(currently online, I will not logging any addresses, just the pure script - otherwise please use the snippet from GitHub)
You can check if your ETC-address is included in the snapshot-file.
