In my understanding, these aren't investors at all. With such an investment strategy, the best recommendation is to get out of crypto-currencies in fiat-currencies and put money in a Swiss bank.
You are more experienced market participant than I am, but I see that usually "rockets" are promised by weak or fraudulent projects, while real ones give more reserved promises.
I think your experience is better too, because from some cases rocket is promised by a weak project that makes it look more promising in the eyes of investors as previously said security becomes the main point.
I didn't mean of course that the team should promise a rocket.
And I completely agree with you that it would be really strange and suspicious.
That is, I figuratively expressed that investors can independently study the project and see great prospects for the project if the team is able to give investors a sufficient information to understanding in particular which specific activities will grow the token price.
