Yes regulations have been implemented, bitcoin taxation have begun and no one can say they didn't expect these these movement from governments. That's ridiculous. I included a video link of Subhash Chandra Garg's interview who I think is associated with Indian RBI- so that you could get some sense. Clearly you haven't got any. Do you even know that one of the main reasons the market is down is because of the ongoing tax season in USA where people selling their bitcoins to pay taxes, another big reason is Mt. Gox liqudiating the market with their remaining bitcoins. I sense you don't have a clue what is exactly going on here. I am guessing the market will come back to a healthy position once we go into May.
