Can you confirm that you send BTC from Electrum to Coinpayments address,not from Kraken to Coinpayments?If this is the case you should post transaction from Electrum history(right click on transaction/show on blockchain).Sometimes merchant have more coin options for payment,maybe you sent BTC to BitcoinCash address?Did you get confirmation e-mail from Coinpayments?

I made few payments through Coinpayments in last few days and I did not have any problems.

I have been on customer support with coinpayments and they have no idea what happened either. No confirmation e-mail from coinpayments.
Also, something weird.. the "amount" in electrum for the transaction is "+11.19"...
