Exactly, we have a almost complete project start from January. Then last month we found that cryptocurrency is well suited as an utility token, use NEO PoS token. But after go through studies and research, ICO is hot but there are also many scam. And beside that, we think that we no require ICO to go-to-market. So confuse about how to launch token without ICO.
