Maybe investing an amount which you can afford to lose is not too much. Please guys, spare few seconds to read what OP has to say about the subject. Don't blindly start typing without reading what actually OP asks for. I was also shocked upon reading the title and but when I read the details, I totally understand the point as this thread was created when Bitcoin was all time high and definitely not the best time to invest. That's why it is described foolish act to invest in Bitcoin but here many users are just blinding reading the subject and have started typing totally in-approximate replies.
