When the market goes down, you should hold all and do not sell. Selling only makes you lose more capital and frustration. Hold until it is recovered and move to USDT. It will not change too much when the market fluctuates.
USDT will be a way to counter the volatility of the market and it is very effective for those who use the strategy.

If you can understand that market would go down, you can sell your holdings and start waiting to get them cheaper after the going down. The idea is easy but applying this is hard. If the market doesn't go down after you, you have problem.

I have to agree with you. Even though his theory right now is a sound one and could be a good thing to implement but it is not as easy as it seems. I mean what if the market just keeps going up after you sell and you do not get a chance to buy back into the market again at a low price before the bull market? This is why people hold through it all, there is no way to tell what will happen.
