here on the Philippines McDonald's are offering summer programs for kids as service crew for them. To teach them how to make burgers and greet customers. It left me to realize that this is employee mentality. Why not reach a child to bake cookies so that he can have additional income even when Summer breaks.

Some great businessmen and CEOs are successful because of the experience theyve had. Not only do they know how to be good leaders, but they know how it is like or have experienced how it is down the lines. I dont see anything wrong with being taught to be a good employee.

From what I know, in Uniqlo (famous retail store) youll first have to go through sales first before getting up the ranks. No one gets to be manager before going through those levels first.

Of course, having your own business is different altogether. The hard part of entreneurship is coming up with something thats unique or new to the market, and of course making it survive. There are a lot of businesses that fail because of poor management.
