Because WS stores no customer data, we are posting this publicly to say that if you are that client, no funds were lost but you must run the extraction again if you wish to create a valid tx. Our BCH system is verified working now.

We have never found a MIA customer on fucky stuff for our digger.
Makes me feel like giving the customer the option to give contact info probably isn't a bad idea.

WS decided that our mailing list at the top of the extraction site would be the only option of giving us your info. We keep our
walleting.services@protonmail.com email channel open & check DMs here & on Reddit. Having clients being able to reach us whenever *they* need it only seemed like the best option, and in a situation like this, we assume if the client doesn't see the TX they will eventually come back to the service and say "Hey, where's my money?"
