Hi TrumpD, my apologies for the current impression - there is a group of accounts that have been back and forth on the forums recently, who were caught deliberately breaking our terms and conditions and then threatened us with bad PR when action was taken against them. I assure you that we are here to help for legitimate issues, suggestions and to promote updates to our service, but will not be threatened nor will we address an obvious smear campaign.

@zcisive and @hyipselect, I am very sorry for these withdrawal issues. I have escalated this with our customer service team and am managing the updates on our helpdesk.
