Have you checked if your tokens are in the new wallet (wallet.sophiatx.com) ? You need to login with your account name to see your token balance.

I entered the first 20 characters of the Ethereum account and encounter the "You have no transfers yet." message.
I also can not enter the wallet with the SophiaTX public key that I produced at the swap.
