In my opinion the politicians from the third world countries can be in the richest persons because they were stealing all their country's taxes.

It may be possible, since the African presidents are very corrupt and practically take all the wealth of their country to pocket. then imagine that an African president will be in government for 50 years and take all the wealth of the country to his pocket, this guy gets very rich. It will take gold, silver, oil, diamond, everything to your pocket and for 50 years.
